I offer a studio setting dedicated to Maternity, Newborns, Children, and Families. My studio is well-equipped with all the props needed to make your little one's session successful and allow you to relax during the entire photography process! How long have you been doing Photography?
I have been doing Photography since 2006 as a hobby and professionally since 2014.
Do you have any College Course Training?
Yes, I earned my bachelor's degree in Photography from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and continue to attend workshops to improve and learn new skills.
Do you only offer In-Studio Sessions?
I do not; I offer both in-studio and on-location of your choice.
Do you only photograph Newborns?
No, although newborns are my favorite to photograph, I offer maternity, babies, and one-year (cake smash), children, family and senior sessions. Please feel free to reach out if you don't see the services needed to discuss the possibility of scheduling it.
How long will my session take?
My sessions are tailored to your needs. I take my time to get to know your family and little ones, without rushing, and ensure to capture that picture-perfect moment.
When should I schedule my Newborn Session?
Newborn Portrait Sessions are best to schedule in your second or third trimester of pregnancy.
When are Newborn Portraits taken?
Newborn Portrait Sessions are recommended to be held within two weeks after the baby's birth. The baby is still small enough to fit in props, sleeps most of the time, and is flexible enough for me to do all those cute poses.
Do I bring my props?
No, except the baby's essentials (diapers, wipes, milk, pacifier, blanket, hair brush, etc.) I will provide everything we will need for the session. I will have a wide range of options for you, including hats, headbands, baskets, blankets, backdrops, etc. Unless you wish to use a family heirloom, uniform, or something special you'd like me to incorporate into your little one's session, I will do my best to include it.
Is wardrobe included with my session?
Yes! All of our sessions include wardrobe from our client closet collection, which includes handmade, one-of-a-kind outfits and elegant maternity and little girl gowns.
When should I schedule my Maternity Session?
Maternity Portrait Sessions are recommended between 30-35 weeks of pregnancy when your baby bump is at a perfect size for photos without making it uncomfortable for you to move around. However, the session can be scheduled earlier or later based on your preference and comfort level.
Where are Maternity Portraits taken?
On-location or in-studio. Our studio offers a range of maternity portrait sessions. We have various setups that change seasonally and simple sets that can be customized for your session. We can also create a unique set upon request, which will be discussed during the phone pre-consultation.
